Voting Question: Should I tell about my Cocaine addiction?

I am addicted to Cocaine and have been clean for 3 months. I am finally trying to get my life back in order. I kept this a secret for 3 years and no one knows. It is getting harder and harder to get my life back on track, should I tell my family?
