Resolved Question: What should i do about my girlfriend’s pregnancy?
I’m 17 and my girlfriend Brooke has been using drugs during her pregnancy. She has a very serious drug addiction one that landed her in jail for a year on drug possession charges. She swore she would harm our baby with drugs. However she told me she was using marijuana cocaine and heroin to help her clam down. She told me she doesn’t feel attractive anymore. She is only a month pregnant. She was in rehab but i trusted her when she said she wouldn’t use again so i let her leave. I suggested going back and she refused she said the people there are too judgmental. She told me she loves drugs and she loves the baby so she has to use to get the baby to feel as good as she does when she is high. I’m at the end of my rope with her drug use i love her immensely but I’m so sick and tired of her drug issues and i want our baby to be healthy and have a happy live. I’m afraid if i take full custody she would overdose and die. She has already ruled out an abortion and adoption indefinitely. What should i do to save my unborn baby?
Resolved Question: The media desparately wants “new” Kennedys to carry the socialist flag, who is worthy?
Teddy’s and Robert’s children are all rehab screw-ups, none of them have ever earned their own way in life, just live off of the “blood money” from their Irish gangster grandfather.
Now, the media, wants to re-write history, make the next generation of Kennedys into the “second coming”. So who is worthy of being anointed, the crown prince of socialism?
1) William Kennedy Smith- is raping a woman and then hiring the nation’s biggest law firm to disparage the victim, just a little bump in the road?
2) Caroline Kennedy- um, er, ah, well, err, umm , you-know, err, you-know, um, ul, err…. can’t lie from teleprompters, like the messiah? Is she the one?
3) Patrick Kennedy- his past cocaine addiction, binge drinking, 2006 DUI, recent treatment for oxycontin, does that make him worthy?
4) Michael Skakel- so he murdered a 15 year old girl, beat her to death with a golf club; for a Kennedy, that’s no big deal, Skakel evaded justice for over 20 years, the kennedy family used every dirty trick to keep Skakel from being punished for murdering an innocent girl. In 2013, Skakel could be released after only serving a partial sentence & could run for senator of Mass after he’s free.
So, which dirt-ball Kennedy will be worshiped by the media, run for office and carry the socialist flag for the liberal nation, who do you prefer?
PS Lets remember Nov 25th, Ted Kennedy will have gone 90 days without a drink on that day!

Randa- you disgust anyone who works hard and earns their own way in life. go F yourself!
John- is that your pic? the only cretin who would do you is Randa, your equivalent in socialist toads that is when you are not lurking in men’s rooms, being a good democrat for your fellow pervs. .
Resolved Question: Is including a friend’s cocaine addiction controversial in a college essay?
I wrote a college essay about ways I’ve grown as a person, strengthened, and matured, and I included a few sentences about overcoming depression and being hospitalized, and helped my best friend cope with a cocaine addiction. It’s not all what the essay is about, but those two things are included. My dad looked at my essay without me knowing and told me today that I should probably take those things out, because they’re controversial and I’ll be looked at as a liability. What do you think? What should I do?
Why can’t some people give up cocaine?
Drug dependency is a recurrent but treatable kind of addiction. However, not all people who are drug dependent progress in the same way once they stop taking drugs. A new study shows that, in the case of cocaine, a high score on the so-called ‘scale of craving’, an antisocial personality type and previous heroin abuse are the factors most commonly involved in people falling back into the habit. Resolved Question: Cocaine – As bad as they say? Please do not answer unless you have an educated answer?
Cocaine – As bad as they say? Please do not answer unless you have an educated answer?
I know y’all have probably gotten this kind of post a dime a dozen but I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for in the search engine. AFOAF tried a line or two of coke about 4 weeks ago. He said he liked it and would do it again, but only in serious moderation. About 2 weeks later, he went on a road trip to visit some friends at another university. Well – he did a few lines again. This FOAF has asked all of his friends whether it is really bad and harmful if used at a very small rate and no one could give an adequate educated answer. He said he would probably do it again in the next few weeks if given the chance. My FOAF is perfectly healthy and does not have an addictive personality. He comes from a really good family with a lot of money (so money is not an issue, lucky him). His mood has not altered, and he has not gone out of his way to get the drug, since I know people that have grown up with the guy, I can honestly say that he has great self control. Just honestly a fraternity guy getting caught up in the college experience. If kept at a dosage of a few lines every few weeks, or a month – is blow very dangerous? If so, what is realistically going to be a consequence of my FOAF doing coke every few weeks recreationally?
(When I say consequence I don’t mean jail-time, I am talking about serious injury or death. Also, when I say a few lines I mean he split a gram with 2 other people over a weekend. He said a few lines every once in a while was 2 or 3… not tank lines either. Also, he has smoked cigarettes many times and used other tobacco products and never has had any addiction. He also smokes a lot of pot, but who doesn’t these days right? I just am asking, if coke is used at a small dose periodically, is it honestly a huge hazard to ones life?)
Thanks in advance for all the responses!
In a nutshell – I am asking – is moderate low dose cocaine use dangerous to ones health? When i say low dose cocaine use i don’t mean they could get addicted, just as it says – low dose in moderation – is it really that hazardous?
really? please no advertisements – this is a serious matter
have done the research. Wiki does not help- can anyone tell me specifically if it is detrimental to ones health if kept under control?
Voting Question: a friend of mine had his children removed from his care by social services six years ago?
at the time he and the children’s mother had a crack cocaine addiction and were unable to look after the children properly. the children’s father has since turned his life around, when he lost his children he entered into a drug rehab cleaned up his act and has been clean ever since. he has become an active member of a church he goes to and has married a women from here and they have had a child of their own. he now wants to look into getting his children to come and live with him and his new wife.
he has 2 children in care both are in separate homes (they were originally together but the older child was moved because he was not getting on in the home) the younger child has always seemed to be happy with where she was but it seems that she is not as happy there as she used to be.
social services have agreed that the older child can have more visits, including overnight stays (he is 14 by the way) but the father was asked not to pursue the same thing with the younger child, who is nearly 13.
my friends don’t know how to get the ball rolling and apply to have the two children handed back to their father. the children’s mother is still on drugs and not in a position to be able to take them back.
contact has been det up with both children since they were placed in care. he has three 4 hour vists a year, older child has requested more contact with his father.
