Open Question: My girlfriend’s not who I thought she was. I found out about her addictions and therapy?

My gf went on a trip to visit her family out of the country and she has cat and asked me to “pet sit”. So anyway I went to find the cat after it ran her bedroom (the cat is spoiled thus will starve unless you put the food right in front of it). The cat had jumped on the desk and knocked everything off. While I was putting everything back on the desk, I found these papers that were apparently from her therapist or something like that. To sum it up: I didn’t even know one thing about her that was written there. (Yes, I know I shouldn’t have read it in the first place). I didn’t know she was in therapy. Also in the papers, it said she had problems with things like cocaine addiction, sex addiction, self mutilation, major problems with her family and she’s been on so much medication and such. In the papers, it mentioned she cheated in her relationships (but didn’t specify which so I don’t know if ours is included). My gf doesn’t act like she has any of those problems at all. I feel like I’ve been lied to or she doesn’t trust me enough to tell me about any of this. I don’t know whether to confront her on it or what. What should I do? Please help. Thanks.

Open Question: ok im really really stressed out by this, what should i do?

(ok im 16, and this is completly true, even though i doubt to many will believe me)

Exams that im so failing, which means i may have to re-do the year, which is insane because i was once top student in the country.

because my mentally ill dad is going crazier while his bussiness is going into liquidation, which has caused the bank to sell our house, cottage, car and possesions. and i cant talk to my friends about it because its to embarrising.
meanwhile my girlfriend may be pregnant and my parrents don’t even know we were having sex, so i havnt told anyone and im worried shes ******* my best friend behind my back, but cant leave her because i cant leave a prego gf, and cant confront her about it because she would probably get andgry at me and dump me.
my best friends also getting into cocaine and extasy. and trying to pull me back into drugs, which i stopped earlier this year after a major drug addiction.

oh and at the same time, another one of my best friends (a girl this time) just broke up with her boyfriend, and now shes hiding from him because he was a gang member and killed 2 people, and is a P addict. and is trying to go out with me to make him jelous at the same time.
also my girlfriend doesnt stop talking about her ex (who was a chick) and sounds like she may go back to being a lesbo again.
and a 3rd mate of mines girl friend cheated on him and eventually left him for his best friend. who i was also friends with and dont know if i should stay friends with him or not.

my dad is also hitting my mum and my and my brother because hes losing it so much and is so stressed himself.

he also just came out of hospital from a drug overdose all of maybe a week ago.

HELP!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO!

Open Question: How can the government end the illegal drug crisis?

Obama has been there and back with drugs. He knows firsthand what it’s like to become addicted. The reason I use Obama as an example is to show that someone can overcome a drug addiction. But, not everyone does, and sadly some people use drugs to the point of total insanity and even death. Total insanity is losing almost all self-control, and having a very desperate need for something. Many mothers addicted to illegal drugs such as cocaine and heroin sell themselves to make money, to support their drug habit. Many children in poor neighborhoods sell drugs in order to help their parents out with the cost of living, and end up getting into trouble and sometimes killed. It’s not a color issue, people of all races struggle like this. How can the government end this crisis?

Open Question: Major surgery after cocaine addiction ?

My 18 year old daughter has some serious spinal conditions, and has a major spinal surgery scheduled for 4 months from now. We’re talking 8 hours of surgery, 2 weeks in the hospital, major physical therapy, etc. Thing is she is currently in treatment for a cocaine addiction after using daily for several months. My question is, is she going to be able to go through this surgery 4 months from now? Or is it best to push it back? If it needs to be pushed back, I’d rather get the ball rolling now, as the surgeon has a long waiting list, and her spine needs to be taken care of ASAP, it’s not something that can wait a year or two. And even if she feels like she can go through with the surgery in a couple of months, will the surgeon still allow it? She has never had a problem with narcotics or painkillers, just cocaine. Has anyone here has a major operation as a recovering addict? Any advice would be appreciated. thank you.
